What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered from us simply return it, if possible in the original packaging with an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 7 days following the date of receipt and we will refund your money (less carriage) or send you a replacement.
Please read steps 1 - 3 before returning goods
1. Contact us in writing first by email (sales@provide.co.uk), write to us (address click here) or fax (0871 5227 437) stating your order number or name & postcode.
2. Wait to receive your RMA Number, instructions, and a printable label (usually same day)
3. Ship your goods back with your RMA number and label on the outside within 21 days.
Please note that all returns must have an RMA number clearly printed on three sides of the box. Otherwise the box will be 'Returned to Sender' with postage due.
When packing an item to return you can use the original shipping package if it’s still in good condition.
