Thumb Bar Length: 5 1/2” Latch Length: 8 1/2” The most traditional of all the door latch designs. The large bean thumb latch with its staple and keep and decorative bar is ideal for the heavier boarded door.
The thumb piece passes through the door and raises the latch bar off the keep. To restrict the latch bar movement a staple pin or screw on staple pin is provided (discard unused pin).If you require locking your toilet or bathroom door the locking staple pin 33244 is the answer. It has a leather thong with a pin to stop the movement of the latch bar.Sold as a set and supplied with necessary fixing screws.
