1. Your handles are shipped with a 10 year mechanical warranty
2. We deal personally with all support requests and never refer customers back to the manufacturer

No small print, and exactly as it is written below:

Purchase any handle or knob from us and if within 10 years of the purchase date you find your product has suffered some kind of mechanical defect, like a handle that cracks or breaks, simply send it right back to us for a full and total refund or replacement - no problem. All we ask is that you do it online.

And you can do this a week after you have bought it, 6 months after...18 months after...or 25 years after...it doesn't matter. If your product fails in any way just send it back to us - you don't need the original packaging...just send it back and we'll issue you a full refund for the defective items. Of course if you prefer a replacement and we can source it for you we will send a replacement.

Exclusions: Normal wear to the finish/lacquer, or if you have cleaned the handle inappropriately.
