• Standard UK Delivery
  - Spend £50 excluding VAT and delivery is FREE within the UK mainland and usually shipped the same working day on a "next day service", otherwise the cost is £9.90

  Pricing note: The minimum charge of £9.90 for small orders may in some cases be more than the cost of shipping the item to you, this covers the processing costs and allows us to maintain low product pricing with no minimum order values.

Packaging

All items are very well packaged. We do where possible recycle all our packaging so please expect a mix of materials in your consignment. In the unlikely event that your package looks damaged please check the contents before signing. If they are damaged please refuse delivery or sign as 'damaged'.

Accepting your Goods

Most orders will be sent using a signed-for service. If you are out when a delivery attempt is made you will be left a card with instructions. Royal Mail or will often leave the package at your local post office or depot for collection.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the unlikely event that you chosen product is out of stock you will be notified immediately by email or telephone. You may then cancel your order for a full refund or place you chosen product on back-order for delivery in the future.

Timing

We will make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery option requested at the time the order was placed. We cannot guarantee this and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside this time. We recommend you only arrange for trades-people to carry out work on your behalf after your order has actually been delivered.
